Do you like driving in your car (despite it not being a Jag-yoo-arr)? Or perhaps you prefer to catch the Long Train Running? Or the Last Train to London. On the way to the Airport (if you have a smiling face)? Or maybe the National Express is more your thing (especially if your life’s in a mess). As long as you Stay on These Roads everything will be fine.*
Yep, you’ve probably figured out that the next Record Club theme is transport. Noel will lead this one with some choice cuts before handing it over to everyone else for an extended free play session.
So anything on vinyl relating to transport… cars, boats, trains, rockets, bikes, submarines, lorries (red and yellow), trucks… is eligible. Bring it. Play it.
So join your fellow passengers when the The Record Club Transport night departs “Triangle Station” (upstairs at 47, Bradford Rd, Shipley) at 8pm on Saturday 6th July and arriving at 11.30pm (alright, that’s when we finish). A buffet trolley will also be in operation (downstairs cash card bar and some free Indian snacks upstairs). Choo choo, bon voyage, etc.
